We ship door to door nationwide
You can expect your order within 2 – 3 working days. KwaZulu Natal customers please note that delivery time for orders in and around the Durban might take up to 4 days. This is unfortunately, out of control and we apologise for the delay.
A flat shipping fee of R110 will be added to your order for delivery to main centers and a surcharge will be calculated on check out for outlying areas. For orders over R400, shipping is free!

Your order will be delivered to you during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Anything can happen nonetheless, at times we can not guarantee delivery in the time stipulated due to circumstances, but we’ll certainly keep you informed.

Our Returns Process
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. Valid for products purchased from Click for Coffee.
This policy forms part our Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise. If you are to send your order back within 7 days, unused – you will receive your refund in full. Let us know you are wanting to return your order and we will arrange a collection and get you back to your happy coffee drinking self as soon as we can.
