We definitely do deliver pre-ground filter coffee which you can choose when adding items to your cart.

Once your order has left the factory, the lead time for your delivery will vary based on where you are in the country. Main South African centres have a quicker delivery time which will generally be 2 days. However, the further out you are from the main centres delivery can take up to a week.

There is a flat delivery fee of R110.00 for all deliveries under the free shipping threshold.

Free shipping applies to all orders over R400.00.

We can deliver to any commercial or residential address where there is an individual to collect the package at the pre-disclosed location.

Collection of parcels/orders is not authorised and all orders will go through our delivery service to the shipping address offered in your order.

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee that all the coffee blends that we have available will be to everyone’s personal taste. To avoid this problem, we suggest ordering a smaller amount in the beginning and order more once you have found the coffee blend that works for you.

Payfast: We partner with PayFast, who are one of South Africa’s leading secure payment processors to offer a number of additional payment methods, including credit/cheque cards (Mastercard or Visa) and debit cards.

Payfast is selected by default at checkout. When you choose to use it, you’re redirected to PayFast’s secure website and you can select which of these specific payment methods you want to use. Most PayFast payments clear instantly.

Zapper: At checkout if you have a Zapper account you are also to pay for your order through your Zapper account.

If you would like an invoice, don’t hesitate to contact us and ask for one. You will need to just fill out a short form in order for your company to be loaded on our system and an invoice will then be sent through to you.

You don’t have to have an account to shop at Click4Coffee.co.za. You are more than welcome to checkout as a guest. You can create an account at any time. When you’re ready to do so, you can register here.

In signing up for our Coffee Club and choosing the time period you want to be involved, a debit order will be deducted each month from the date of purchase in which you will receive a box of 4 x 250g beans/ground coffee which will include free shipping.

  1. We do not have a physical shop. We are a business that operates completely online.  

This is an issue close to our hearts. We do our best where possible, to ensure that our products are as fresh as possible based on the needs of the community. In some instances, making sure there are continuous orders going out to our roasters. This process ensures that the coffee you are receiving is definitely fresher than your local grocery store.

All our coffee capsules are Nespresso Compatible across all brands. 

Not all the capsules on the website are Eco-Friendly however, there are biodegradable options in the importers range available.

You are able to cancel your order or pull out of your order at any time before payment. However, once payment has been made through PayFast there will be no opportunity for orders to be cancelled.
