The lightly roasted Ethiopian component gives this coffee some crazy good sweetness, while the medium roasted high grown Guatemalan coffee gives this blend a heavy, bold chocolatey note. The perfect all-rounder in terms of balance. Great for a bean to cup machine, but except for a plunger.
